Science research and international cooperation

Scientific research at Sao Do University has always been valued and implemented in various and diverse forms such as conducting scientific research at all levels, organizing scientific seminars, writing books / textbooks / articles.

Science research and international cooperation

1. Scientific research                 
In 5 years (2014-2018), 183 scientific and technological research projects were conducted  (of which 01 state-level project, 12 ministerial-level projects, 03 provincial-level projects, 167 projects at university level).Nearly 500 scientific articles and reports are posted in domestic and international specialized journals (includied 04 articles in the list of ISI / Scopus journals and 18 international conference papers). 32 reference books and monographs (with ISBN numbers) was edited and published that were put into teaching at the university and circulated nationwide. All ministerial, provincial and university-level projects have high applicability in real life.
  
2. International cooperation
In recent years, the university has welcomed hundreds of international delegations visit, signed 38 memorandums of understanding on training cooperation in the field of scientific research, technology transfer and student exchange: University of Engineering Irkutsk, Mokpo, Southern Russia Polytechnic University, University of General Moscow Engineering, Saint Petersburg Forestry Technical University (Russian Federation); AN Japanese language school (Japan), Cao Uyen University (Taiwan), Konyang University - South Korea,…

In order to improve training and research capacity, lecturers are regularly exchanged to study at universty and institutes over the world through training and exchange programs, cooperation projects, bilateral and multilateral cooperation agreements. The university also dispatches staff and students to study abroad under short-term courses and student exchange programs.
